All pads, corks, springs and mechanisms are in tip top condition. All flutes (unless otherwise noted) are free of any dents, or problems with the finish other than fine surface scratches which are unavoidable with use. Each flute has been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized for your protection and comes with a hard protective case. All flutes are sold with our money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply notify us within 48 hours of receiving the flute. Return the flute to us in it's original packaging and we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs). Should you decide to purchase a flute from us, we accept payment via credit/debit card through PayPal (add 3%), we also accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers/bank checks. Domestic shipping is available via Priority Mail (delivered in 3 days or less) at a cost of $15.00 (this includes insurance and delivery confirmation). Please note flutes priced above $200.00 may incur additional insurance costs. International shipping is available at an added expense (please e-mail us for International rates).
